2. Leads are given from our 3rd party referral companies. Opcity- Realtor.com, OJO, Upnest, Home Light, Redfin, Veterans United, Prime Street, Nobul, there is no upfront cost to our agents, they pay when they close.
3. Each agent will have a high end IDX Website, Smart CRM with artificial intelligence & a phone app to receive leads on the run, marketing platform for social media marketing, paperless pipeline to keep your docs to be TREC compliant. All this for $1.00 a day.
4. Be a team leader start you own team you set the commission splits with your team members.
5. Property Management is allowed agents pay only 10% 6. Be Paid At Your Closings, Advertise Your Phone & Info. Not The Brokers.
7. Be paid at your closings you create the C.D.A. no waiting on the office for your funds.
8. You set your fees with your clients. You can lower it as much as you want. You will just pay our Transaction fee. 9. Work from home, no minimum required, no desk duty.
10. Be a partner in our preferred mortgage co. by buying stock in them. This is a RESPA compliant way to be paid 25% of the net income on your P&L center where you send your client referrals.
11. Refer an agent to Texas Premier Realty and receive a $500.00 referral fee for each one.
12. We are a HUD approved Brokerage you can sell foreclosures.
13. Pay a very small $250.00 a year membership this covers you with a 2 million dollar Errors & Omissions Policy. 14. Earn $75,000 a year or more in commission and come to our yearly realtor party, banquet food, cocktails, awards. We celebrate the success of our agents.
15. Do you want to earn $100,000 plus? Learn from private trainers. You don’t know what you don’t know. We have agents who were our clients. Now they are our agents and making well over $100,000 a year from private coaching. All you need is a strong desire to do the same.
16. Contracts, Addendums, TREC Rules are always changing. Agents will always have some difficult situations where they need help. You will have support from your Broker. We answer the phone when an agent calls the office for help.
